These courses are intended for Healthcare Professionals who may require a completion card for their job. Topics include CPR and AED, Basic or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Stroke training, and more. Please get in touch with your employer to ensure that you select the correct course from the list below.
Advanced Cardiac life support
- ACLS is designed for healthcare professionals who either direct or participate in the management of cardiopulmonary arrest and other cardiovascular emergencies. This includes personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support
- The PALS Course is for healthcare providers who respond to emergencies in infants and children. These include personnel in emergency response, emergency medicine, intensive care and critical care units such as physicians, nurses, paramedics and others who need a PALS course completion card for job or other requirements.
Basic Life Support
- This course is for healthcare professionals who need to know how to perform CPR, as well as other lifesaving skills, in a wide variety of in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program
- Healthcare professionals involved in the delivery and care of newborns including Pediatricians, Respiratory Therapists, and Nurses. Also recommended for students interested in this field.
Non-Healthcare Professionals (Call to Schedule)
HeartSaver courses are designed for anyone with little to no medical training who needs a course completion card for job, regulatory, or other requirements. For many courses, students receive a course completion card valid for two years.

Policy and Guidelines
Any student who does not contact us to cancel their course or show up for the course will forfeit all fees paid. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions at all about this policy.
A class can be canceled up until two days before the class. If canceled by the student, a $30 fee will be charged. No REFUNDS will be given once the course has begun or you have rescheduled. No Call, No Show does not qualify for a refund except under extenuating circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days upon approval of the refund request. The maximum time for a refund request is two months from when the original class was paid for. A check will be mailed for the refund.
AHA Expired Card Guidelines
It is recommended that any student with an expired card take the entire provider course. However, you can take the renewal course under the American Heart Association’s Expired Card Protocol provisions if your card expires in less than six months. The requirements are as follows:
You are responsible for the total provider fee. You must complete all written and skills tests with a passing grade on your first attempt. Remediation is not an option.
If you do not pass the testing on the first try, you must take the entire provider course at an additional fee.
